This computer  screen show is an exit  window dialog box, there exit windows dialog box is displayed at the end of your  windows session

( exit for windows ).

This exit dialog box typically contains only some text and two button they are is an OK button and CANCEL button,

The function of there each button  when  your  click the OK  button  this is button will execute your command  to  end  windows  session  and  then  the CANCEL  button  for  the  suspend execute your  command  to end  windows session and  back to  windows normally 

The name of dialog box must appear in the Admin UI Sequence table and Install UI Sequence table with-1 as the Sequence number ths is a Modal dialog box.
